一、省残联残疾人康复人才订单班简介
根据中国残联办公厅、教育部办公厅《关于开展职业院校残疾人康复人才培养改革试点工作的通知》[残联厅发（2016）19号]精神，湖南省残疾人康复研究中心和长沙民政职业技术学院被列为全国59个残疾人康复人才培养改革的试点单位之一。为探索构建医教结合、学校与康复机构合作、协同育人机制，促进残疾人康复事业发展，特设立“省残联残疾人康复人才订单班”，采用现代学徒制人才培养模式共同培养残疾人康复优秀人才。现代学徒制人才培养模式是一种由校企双方共同推进的育人方式，甲乙双方采用联合招生、联合培养的模式，学员除学习基础课程与专业课程外，还需学习甲乙双方共同开发的订单课程，在校学习和下企工作相互交替。根据省残联订单班协议书约定，省残联提供学费资助，学员毕业后应在协议书约定的用人单位工作满5年。为做好省残联残疾人康复人才订单班单独招生工作，特制定本方案。
二、省残联残疾人康复人才订单班招生方案

2、招生对象
符合我省2022年高考（含对口招生考试）报名条件并已参加高考报名的人员。
3、招生办法及程序
报名办法、志愿填报、考试、录取等流程，参照《长沙民政职业技术学院2022年湖南省单独招生章程》中的相关内容执行。
4、注意事项
（1）订单班考生在网上报名选择专业时需选择“康复治疗技术（省残联残疾人康复人才订单班）”。待拟录取学生名单发布后两天内，拟录取考生需填写好省残联订单班协议书，扫描发至邮箱:hnzs@csmzxy.edu.cn ，纸质版（一式四份）快递邮寄到:长沙市雨花区香樟路22号长沙民政职业技术学院医学院，丁老师收，18570100057。（为确保快捷准确，尽量通过顺丰快递邮寄。）如因个人原因不愿意签订订单班协议书的考生，视为放弃录取资格，学校不予录取。
（2）订单班学生在校三年学费由省残联全额资助（其中康复治疗技术专业：5460元/年/人×3年=16380元；（此学费标准是根据2021年湖南省物价局审核批准的学费标准，如2022年有新的收费文件，将按新文件规定执行。）住宿费、生活费及其他杂费由学生自己承担。
（3）品学兼优的订单班学生，也可与其他学生一样享受国家奖学金。
（4）订单班学生可享受“学历教育+技能培训”的现代学徒制双元人才培养模式教育，毕业时除获得大学毕业证书外，还可参加相关职业技能等级证书考试，获取相应证书。
（5）根据录取前所签订的订单班协议书约定，订单班学生毕业后必须到湖南省残联定点康复机构工作5年（期间的工资待遇不低于该工作单位相同或类似人员的工资待遇）。如不能履行协议约定，资助单位将根据协议约定条款对订单班学生追究相应责任。
